International Sales Manager (Scandinavia)
The primary focus of the role is to develop the business in the respective region and manage key accounts.
Briefly, the role involves:
·Developing and implementing a sales strategy to grow key accounts
·Developing and implementing a sales strategy for new accounts and increasing market share in the respective region
·Driving KPIs and sales performance improvement
·Introducing Range and Promotional merchandise
·Managing the customer selection critical path and end-to-end product delivery schedules
·Meeting customers across the respective region
We are looking for a candidate who lives in the respective region and to be considered you must:
·Proven track record in dealing with major national accounts in the respective region and delivering an effective sales strategy
·Experience in account development and management with well-known high street retailers
·Experience selling FOB China and ex UK warehouse and recommending optimal route to market
·Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
·Self-motivated, ambitious and results orientated
·Resilient and willing to persevere in challenging environments to secure business to meet the company’s growth ambitions
·Ability to travel throughout the respective region and neighbouring countries and to the UK Head Office
·Solid networker and highly skilled influencer
·Attention to detail and hands on attitude
·Well-organised and strong administrator
·Able to manage workload to meet challenging deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards

The role is to join the Buying Department, with lots of opportunity to grow with it. With training, development and guidance, we will help you progress within our team. This role includes, but is not limited to:
·Checking, preparing and processing customer orders
·Managing emails proficiently, communicating with our colleagues in China, Hong Kong, USA & UK
·Ordering and monitoring customer samples
·Checking suppliers’ invoices to ensure prices are correct
·General administrative duties within the office
·Potential opportunities to travel to the Far East
The Junior Administrator will be able to demonstrate:
·Hard working ethic
·Good organizational skills,
·A logical and common-sense approach
·Excellent computer skills, in particular Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
·Minimum qualifications of GCSE Maths Grade B and English Grade C

Sales Administrator This role is within our UK Sales team and involves:
·Dealing with internal sales accounts and assist National Account Managers
·Preparation of customer quotation/presentation sheets and CAD’s in advance of customer meetings, to specific deadlines.
·Receiving customer orders in various formats from sales team
·Checking, preparing and processing detailed customer orders and customer specific packaging requirements
·Supplying customers with product/packaging information in their specific formats.
·Communication with customers by telephone and email
·Managing complex customer files
·Briefing other internal departments on customer requirements using precise email communication
·Liaising with Sales team and customers in meetings
·Managing the critical path of ordering samples, including, checking, packaging and delivery of customer samples.
·Occasional note taking in customer meetings
·Customer range awareness
Full training will be given but to be considered you must:
·Possess good IT skills – Outlook & knowledge of Excel are essential
·High level numeracy skills for entering, checking, analysing data and solving problems
·Previous sales order processing experience
·Organised and able to multi-task & manage multiple email chains proficiently
·Able to use own initiative
·Good analytical skills
·A keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accuracy in all documents whilst working under pressure, to specific time frames
·Experience within a sales/product environment would be an advantage.
