SALES TEAM

We have a number of excellent opportunities to join our fast-paced and busy Sales team.

International Sales Manager x2


One role based in Germany and one role based in Scandinavia 

The primary focus of the role is to develop the business in the respective region and manage key accounts.

Briefly, the role involves:

·        Developing and implementing a sales strategy to grow key accounts

·        Developing and implementing a sales strategy for new accounts and increasing market share in the respective region

·        Driving KPIs and sales performance improvement

·        Introducing Range and Promotional merchandise

·        Managing the customer selection critical path and end-to-end product delivery schedules

·        Meeting customers across the respective region

 We are looking for a candidate who lives in the respective region and to be considered you must:

·        Proven track record in dealing with major national accounts in the respective region and delivering an effective sales strategy

·        Experience in account development and management with well-known high street retailers

·        Experience selling FOB China and ex UK warehouse and recommending optimal route to market

·        Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities

·        Self-motivated, ambitious and results orientated

·        Resilient and willing to persevere in challenging environments to secure business to meet the company’s growth ambitions

·        Ability to travel throughout the respective region and neighbouring countries and to the UK Head Office

·        Solid networker

·        Highly skilled influencer

·        Attention to detail and hands on attitude

·        Well organised and strong administrator

·        Able to manage workload to meet challenging deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards

·        Strong and confident communicator - able to develop business rapport with key decision makers

International Sales Executive – Office Based

The role includes:

·              Developing and gaining greater market share with our existing customer base

·              Opening and developing new accounts with key major retailers

·              Where dealing directly with retailers is not feasible, developing distributor partners in key markets

·              Managing and developing accounts in international markets, and the achievement of sales targets in line with the company’s growth ambitions.

 Full training will be given but to be considered you must:

·            Proven track record in dealing with national accounts and/or distributors in various international markets, preferably Eastern Europe, Asia and Middle East, and delivering an effective sales strategy, ideally from a non-food environment, although Grocery channel experience welcomed

·            Some experience in account development and management with well-known high street retailers is preferable

·            Distributor management experience

·            Experience selling FOB China and ex France/UK warehouse

·            Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities

·            Self-motivated, ambitious and results orientated

·            Resilient and willing to persevere in challenging environments to secure business to meet the company’s growth ambitions

·            Networker and skilled influencer

·            Attention to detail is key

·            Excellent administrator

·            Able to manage workload to meet challenging deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards

·            Confident communicator able to develop business rapport with key decision makers

·            Good IT skills

·            Excellent communication skills – fluent English and preferably 1 or 2 other languages. Russian would be a bonus.

 

Key Account Manager

The role’s primary responsibility is dealing and developing UK specific Key Accounts and the achievement of sales targets in line with the company’s growth ambitions.

Full training will be given but to be considered you must:

·            Proven track record in dealing with UK Key Accounts and delivering an effective sales strategy, ideally from a non-food environment

·            Experience in account development and management with well-known high street retailers

·            Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to spot and develop new business opportunities

·            Self-motivated, ambitious and results orientated

·            Resilient and willing to persevere in challenging environments to secure business to meet the company’s growth ambitions

·            Networker and skilled influencer

·            Able to manage workload to meet challenging deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards

·            Confident communicator able to develop business rapport with key decision makers

·            Computer literate

  

Sales Order & Data Input Administrator

The role involves:

·        Receiving customer orders in various formats from sales team

·        Checking, preparing and processing detailed customer orders and customer specific packaging requirements

·        Maintain database of product details

·        Liaise with suppliers

·        Input data into customer web-based systems

·        Entering deliveries in Microsoft NAV, raising delivery notes & invoicing

·        Dealing with queries and samples

·        Managing orders using EDI

 Full training will be given but to be considered you must:

·        Possess good IT skills – Outlook & knowledge of Excel are essential

·        High level numeracy skills for entering, checking, analysing data and solving problems
Previous sales order processing experience

·        Organised and able to multi-task & manage multiple email chains proficiently

·        Able to use own initiative

·        Good analytical skills

·        A keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accuracy in all documents whilst working under pressure, to specific time frames

·        Experience within a sales/product environment would be an advantage.

 

Sales Administrator – Fixed Term Contract 10 months

The role involves:

·        Receiving customer orders from National Account Managers and directly from customers

·        Checking, preparing and processing detailed customer orders and customer specific packaging requirements

·        Briefing other internal departments on customer requirements

·        Communicating with customers by email and by telephone to finalise orders

·        Supplying Presentation Sheets

·        Arranging and preparing of customer samples

·        Managing complex customer files

·        Occasional note taking in customer meetings

 Full training will be given but to be considered you must:

·        Have sales order experience in an office environment

·        Be self-motivated, highly organised and methodical

·        Have strong communication skills, particularly written and able to manage multiple email chains proficiently

·        Have excellent attention to detail

·        Have very good numerical skills for entering, checking, analysing data and solving problems

·        Possess strong IT skills – Outlook & Excel are essential

·        Occasionally be able to handle bulky customer samples
