Middle Weight Graphic Designer (Location: Hertford, UK)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative Graphic Designer who thrives in a busy environment and working with a small dedicated team.
About the role:
Designing graphics for hangtags, product labels, banners and packaging to customer specifications. Interpeting briefs to create visual designs. Managing projects from conception to completion across the portfolio of products. Preparing client presentations to agreed specifications. Retouching and image processing. Undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
About You:
Degree qualified or equivalent in Graphic Design. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially In Design. A creative thinker and problem solver with a flair for brochure and catalogue page layout design and product POS. Passionate about design with an innovative mind-set and the ability to spot the next retail/consumer trends. Exceptional visual design skills supported by a personal portfolio of work. Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently using own initiative. Able to manage workload to meet challenging deadlines while maintaining quality standards. A confident communicator.

Regional Sales Manager (Location: Mid-West, USA, preferred)

This role is responsible for managing existing and new accounts.   You will develop sales strategies and establish growth plans and implement measures to reach the annual sales target and company objectives. A proven track record working with Department stores, mass merchants and the Military Exchange sector is essential to be considered. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales calls and sales activities reporting
  • Provide analytical and trend information to support sales team and customers
  • Compile and coordinate customer specific sales materials
  • Qualify the identified potential opportunities by personal visits and market research
  • Evaluate strategic position of the product portfolio and develop a competitive sales strategy
  • Work with existing key accounts to evaluate launch of new programs and expansion of existing programs
  • Continually review retail pricing and execute price adjustments as needed
  • Sales forecast by customer and territories

E-commerce Manager (Location: Seattle, WA, USA)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward thinking E-Commerce Sales professional.  You will play a leading role in growing and developing our existing success in online retailing.

Key Responsibilities

·     Manage and drive growth within e-commerce sales
  • Develop and execute sales strategies & forecasts for boosting sales performance in e-Commerce
  • Manage our e-commerce websites including infrastructure, content, design, product, in-stock fulfilment rates, inventory holding costs, pricing and returns
  • Manage and cultivate existing retail e-commerce relationships
  • Develop new retail e-commerce opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online marketing collateral
  • Develop and execute SEM, display and social marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue and new customer acquisition goals
  • Manage budgets, channels and expenditures to meet efficiency targets
  • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation in e-commerce
  • Utilize digital tools to analyze and report on performance

Key Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive experience in e-commerce sales and channel management
  • Experience of launching new products in e-commerce channels
  • Organizational skills - with an emphasis on time management and multi-tasking
  • Good understanding of the online retail market from either a retail or wholesale background
  • Demonstrate strong commercial & business acumen by analyzing and continually reviewing market changes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Outlook & Excel
  • Entrepreneurial & creative spirit
  • Excellent people & communication skills and evidence of the ability to build rapport with retail partners
