1) How do I clean the exterior of my polycarbonate/ABS hardside luggage?

First, try to wash the exterior of the case with a solution of soap and water.  If the stain is a black mark from the handling of the case, the best method we've found to clean the case is to simply use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser which takes out most black marks.  We've also tried several standard household cleaners which help to remove marks, but always test the cleaner in an inconspicuous spot to ensure color safeness.

2) How do I return a bag purchased through an online retailer?

Each online retailer has their own policy and procedure for returning merchandise.  Typically as long as merchandise is unused and is returned in the original box (complete with all hangtags and any accessorial materials), you will be able to return merchandise within the time period that the online retailer has set.  Simply either call the online retailer's customer care staff or go online to review instructions for returning the merchandise.  Usually the online retailer will send a return label directly to you that is complete with all information needed to ship your return package and properly credit your account.

3) What do I do if the airline or other common carrier has damaged my bag?

You should immediately file a claim with your airline or carrier.  It is important that you review your luggage as it comes off the baggage carousel to check for any damage to the bag as many carriers have time limitations for reporting damage claims.  If you file a claim with the carrier within the stated time period, typically we are able to send out replacments (of the same or similar product) within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of the order.  Our 5 year limited guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or airline/common carrier damage, so it is important that you follow the guidelines posted by your airline or common carrier.

4) What do I need to do to sign up for the 5 year limited product guarantee?

You do not have to register for the limited guarantee to be effective.  Simply keep the receipt from your retailer with the purchase date and style number of the product purchased.  If you need to exercise the guarantee, please call our office at 1.888.392.8800 and ask for our customer service staff so we can discuss the issue with you.
